Choice 1 (Current Rule) March 1st, 2024 - 11.59 pm (EST). Deadline for all rosters to be at or below 26 players, regardless of player status. This means there are no IL or NA or Suspended player considerations. 26 contracted players max means 26 players including NA, IL, or Suspended players.
Choice 2 (Proposed Rule) March 1st, 2024 - 11.59 pm (EST). Deadline for all rosters to be at or below 26. Players who are expected to begin the season either on the IL or Suspended list will be exempt from this rule and can be carried in addition to the 26 player limit.
This poll vote is a result of our rules discussion. Choice #2 would allow teams to carry more than 26 players until opening day. Choice #1 keeps the current rule in place.
Pole will remain open for one week and closes 7:40 pm May 1st

The poll is now closed. 16 votes, 3 no voting, 1 open team. Final vote was 10 votes for the new proposed rule. 6 votes against.
The rule remains the same next season. The vote did not receive a majority of teams voting yes for the new proposed rule to be considered. Yes, there is one open team. That doesn’t change the outcome. There aren’t enough teams in favor of changing our rule.
Discussion is closed. There is no arguing the matter. We gave it a chance with the poll to see where the league stands.
This thread is closed along with the thread in the rules discussion.
