Someone took it upon their self to void 2 waiver claims and put the player up for FA bi passing the administrators that is a decision. As far as your comments if you don't have anything intelligent to say then keep out of the discussion.

Blake Sabol was picked up by Boston on time. Sabol was later put on waivers
There are two waiver claim bids.
The winner of the bid is the lowest ranked team which is Cleveland.
Sabol awarded to Cleveland.
There is no free agency bids allowed.
