I won Brash on April 16 at 728am for $10.50 for 4 years You did then never picked him up after 3 days so that means you did not. And take a penalty hit.

Ive been sick in bed for 5 days man. Whats the point of 3 days? Whats the difference between that and a minor league eligible guy being left on FA? If i own him and are paying for him on my payroll its my business no matter where he is. I have never heard of anything like this my my 3 other leagues that run like this. If you win a player and are paying for them they are yours.

The reason for having this rule is the 26 man roster.
If you already have 26 rostered, win the player, don't pick him up to get one last start from the guy you're buying out 4 days later, then that isn't fair. 3 days pretty reasonable time to adjust the roster to make room.
Not saying there was intent behind not picking him up by Neil, just giving an example for having the rule.
